Dani Menkin

    Dani Menkin is a writer, director and producer of the Award winner feature film JE T’AIME, I LOVE YOU TERMINAL (Israel, Czech Republic 2010). Dani has completed his Documentary DOLPHIN BOY (Co-Directing with Yonatan Nir, coming in 2011). The film has been sold to ARTE Germany and CH 4 England. The film is part of the GREENHOUSE EU project.

    Dani has created The Israeli ACADEMY AWARD WINNER and short listed for the Oscar HBO/Cinemax documentary, 39 POUNDS OF LOVE (USA, 2006) also known also as 18 KILO’S OF LOVE.

    Dani collaborated with Ilan Heitner as supervising director of THE WISDOM OF THE PRETZEL (2002). Dani Menkin’s carrier has started with success in Israeli television directing the documentary LIKE AROESTI, (1998), episodes for THE NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC CHANNEL and UVDA (1994-2004).
