Dimona Theater

The “Culturalab” project proposes a new model aimed at initiating a fundamental change in the culture scene of Dimona and the south.
The project focuses on original theatre works created by a group of resident artists in an in-depth process, and also in a variety of cultural initiatives pertaining to the Performing Arts.
The theater is based on the belief that cultural activity which is infused with community life is a critical element in strengthening the city’s social fabric. This activity may embody a national model for local cultural development, offering a quality cultural alternative which rises from the community.
