Lior Lifshitz

Lior Lifshitz was born in Tel Aviv. In the age of 6 he started studying piano with a local teacher. After a year he started to study with Dr. Dror Semmel at the “Stricker” conservatory in Tel Aviv, where he currently remains. Lior is in the 7th grade at the Campus Arison Art School.
Lior has played as a soloist with the Jerusalem Symphony Orchestra, twice with the Ashdod Symphony Orchestra and with the Tel Aviv Soloist Ensemble. Also he played solo in the music Fest Perugia festival in Italy with the orchestra. He was selected to play in the Stricker 70 years gala concert. He played twice in its crown artist for Murray Perahia, and in master classes with Prof. Alexander Tamir and Prof. Emanuel Krasovsky, Ilana Vered and more. He has also he performed on live radio at the Eden Tamir music center.
Lior won the third competition in Ashdod in 2014 and first prize at Ashdod in 2015. He won the first prize title of “Excellent student” in the Stricker student competition, and is the recipient of a 2016 AICF scholarship.
