About Noa Navot

Noa Navot (b. 1989) is an art director, designer and a visual artist, based in Tel Aviv, Israel. Noa recently graduated from the Visual Communication department at the Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design (BA).

For her final projectת Noa chose to write and illustrate a humoristic book for self-study of spoken Arabic for adults. The project was made as a part of the concept of learning the Arabic language as a base of coexistence, and of visual communication as a powerful tool for conveying complex notions.

Through her works, Noa tries to find solutions for everyday problems with the help of technology. Her works are often led by concepts, and are characterized by humor and the use of materials outside of the digital platforms.

Noa is an America-Israel Cultural Foundation scholarship recipient for visual arts for 2015-2016. Noa won first place in the student category in the “Golden Cactus awards”, the Israeli advertising competition, 2016.
