Ori Langer
My name is Ori Langer and I was born in Jerusalem, Israel. I grew up in London, UK, and moved back to Haifa, Israel at the age of 12.
I have been playing the French horn since I was five. During these years I studied with a number of teachers including Jonathan Lipton (London), Michal Mossek and Mike Slatkin (both in Israel). Mike Slatkin is my current teacher.
In London I participated in the Junior Guildhall program for gifted young musicians. In 2014, I took part in the New England Music Camp (NEMC). I have been a member of the Young Israeli Philharmonic Orchestra from 2015 – the year I first won a scholarship from the America-Israel Cultural foundation.
