Visual narration and communication is the essence of Rutea’s work and she conveys it through colors. Colors always captured her attention, curiosity, and imagination. They evoke her desire to create and see beauty even in mundane places. Her visual work is divided between tangible and digital art. Ink, acrylic, oil, pencils, software and cameras are her art tools. She is a multidisciplinary artist, writer, filmmaker, vocalist, therefore, apply elements of all disciplines in her art and photography where she blends them together till they compliment each other and creates an harmony. Her creative process is different each time. She draws her inspiration from a wide range of sources like music, movement, art, films, literature, nature, people, history, folklore and culture, especially her own Jewish roots. Being an Israeli born cross cultural artist, Judaic Arts are a portion of her work. She enjoys the wonders of creativity and treats every painting, photograph or object with love, care and respect. Always striving to grow, discover, create something meaningful with a glimpse of mystery and strength, She is looking forwards to expend her abilities and open new avenues to market her work.
