Saray Si

Born on a mountain overlooking the shores of the Mediterranean sea in Haifa, S.I.Saray moved at the age of three to the U.S. where she spent a major part of her childhood.
Returning to Israel later on, she completed her high school studies majoring in art, design, illustration and music.
Creation and illustration were always an integral part of her life also while developing a professional path and completing academic studies in Mediation & Conflict Resolution (MA). Now, thanks to COVID she found an opportunity within the crisis for bringing her art into the world.
S.I.Saray illustrates, using a mixed technique of watercolors, pencil colors, gold ink and gold pens. Most of the illustrations are of women, reflecting and touching upon the challenges and essence of being a woman in this complex era. From a first limited edition of fine stationery she has recently printed with her illustrations, she sees how deeply these illustrations touch people and resonate with their own lives, challenges and dreams.
