Talmon Pachevsky

Talmon Pachevsky is an eighteen year old pianist who lives in Kibbutz Lahav in southern Israel. She started her piano studying with Mrs. Faina Eisenberg at the Beer Sheva conservatory of music. She continued studying with Dr. Michal Tal at the Givatayim Conservatory of Music and currently studies at The Buchmann Mehta School of Music, Tel Aviv University.
Talmon performed as a soloist with the Ashdod Symphonic Orchestra and the Ailcante Symphonic Orchestra in the international music festival in Perugia. She was chosen in summer 2016 and 2017 to participate in a special course held by Maestro Murray Perahia and the Jerusalem Music Center. She also participated at the international course in Belgium “Primavera Pianistica” and at “Tel Hai International Piano Masterclasses”. Furthermore, she participated in the Edward Aldwell program for excellence in Jerusalem as well as in the David Goldman program for young musicians at the Jerusalem Music Center.
Talmon is the winner of many competitions and awards. She won the first prize at the national piano competition “Piano Forever” as well as the first prize at the “Nadia Sternberg” competition. She had received scholarships from the America-Israel Cultural Foundation, the Dalia Maroz foundation (on behalf of the philharmonic orchestra) and Lachman foundation.
