Tamar Toledano Pe’er was born in Israel, and lives and work in Tel Aviv.
Tamar studied art in Machon Avni in Tel Aviv, at the Sir John Cass Institute in London, and at art workshops in St. Martins School Of Art, as well as at art workshops in Beit Haomanim in Tel Aviv.
Tamar paints and draws using various materials, such oil paints, pencils, oil chalk, inks,and collage.
