2022 Aviv Competition Voice Finalists Announced

The finalists of the Voice competition – The Michal Oren Voice Prize, as part of the Aviv Competitions, were announced:

Katya Semenisty, mezzo-soprano
Yarden Kiperman, mezzo-soprano
Nofar Yacobi, soprano
Rona Shrira, contralto

In addition, the four contestants who will advance to the finals of the Outstanding Performance of the Israeli Vocal Piece were selected: Tamara Navoth, Netta Flomen, Katya Semenisty and Nofar Yacobi.

The contestants who reached the finals were chosen by the jury out of 12 candidates in this category. The four vocalists will compete again in the final stage on Monday, January 2, 2023. The first place in the Piano competition will be awarded The Michal Oren Voice Prize of $6,000. The first place in the Outstanding Performance of the Israeli Vocal Piece will be awarded Mira Zakai Prize in the amount of NIS 7,500, donated by Zakai family.
