The winners of the 2024 Aviv Competitions have been announced!!!

The America-Israel Cultural Foundation is thrilled to announce the 22nd Aviv Competitions’ winners, held on January 2, 2025 at the Recanati Auditorium of the Tel Aviv Museum of Art.

This year, 28 young musicians aged 21-30 competed in the following categories: Piano | Violin | Viola | Woodwinds
Meet the winners of the 2024 Aviv Competitions:

🏆 The Goldie R. Feldman Piano Prize, provided by the Canada-Israel Cultural Foundation, in the amount of $6,000 – Itamar Feinberg

🏆The Ilona Kornhauser Violin Prize, donated by the Kornhauser Family, Canada-Israel Cultural Foundation, in the amount of $6,000 – Michael Shaham

🏆The François Schapira Viola Prize in the amount of $6,000 – Noga Shaham

🏆 The Susan & Emanuel (Bob) Kornhauser Woodwinds Prize, donated by the Kornhauser Family of the Canada-Israel Cultural Foundation, in the amount of $6,000 – Doron Hazan, saxophone

🏆 The Rafi Guralnik Prize for Outstanding Performance of an Israeli Instrumental Piece, donated by the Guralnik Family in the amount of ₪10,000 – Doron Hazan, saxophone (₪5,000) and Elad Navon, clarinet (₪5,000)
